At Viva’s helm since founding the company in 1997, Linda provides the overall vision, direction and creative inspiration for every facet of research, creative, account services, media and integrated marketing strategies.

Linda has spearheaded Viva’s successful, award-winning work for world-class clients including Burlington, Hallmark, Michelin, Oster Latin America, QVC TV channel, Tire Kingdom, Verizon Wireless, WellCare and numerous others.

Linda is currently the chairman of the board of AHAA (Association of Hispanic Advertising Agencies) having been on the board since 2010. She is also chair of the AHAA Annual Conference Committee and has organized exceptionally successful events with keynote speakers including Sir Martin Sorrell, Rupert Murdoch, HUD Secretary Julián Castro, Director Bob Orci and numerous others. In April 2016 she was named one of the Top 50 Women-Led Businesses in Florida by The Commonwealth Institute and Kaufman Rosin.

An Effie judge for over a decade, Linda was invited to join the Effie Global Awards multicultural planning committee in the summer of 2012 to help restructure the way the Effies judge and award the multicultural category.

Linda has been invited to speak across the country on a variety of topics including women in business, entrepreneurship, Hispanic marketing among others. She is a frequent contributor to numerous trade and business publications including Ad Age, NPR, the national network of Business Journals and eMarketer.
