Glen joined the organization more than 30 years ago and has helped organizations such as Alltel, Bell Canada, Cisco, Sprint, Symantec and others with strategic innovation and customer experience initiatives. Glen leads a fourth-year course on creativity at the Wilfrid Laurier University Lazaridis School of Business and Economics and teaches on innovation at the University of Waterloo in the Masters in Digital Experience Innovation program. He is also a boutique maple-syrup producer where, in contrast to his professional work, he kicks it entirely old-school.
