Alan took over the business from his dad, Bob, in 1983 and was president for 25 years. A true entrepreneur at heart, he built the agency from three people to 100 by always anticipating what clients were going to need (usually before they even knew it), and then launching a solution as the agency’s next area of expertise. Today Alan is chairman of the board and has successfully led the team on its latest “buy-in” succession planning initiative - launching the beginning of the transition of ownership to the next generation of leaders. He teaches fourth year business classes at Wilfrid Laurier University and mentors several successful local start-ups.
